Pearl Residence

This second story addition won us first prize for Remodel of Year in San Diego Home & Garden magazine 2003. This quaint sea side cottage is loaded with charm, but had no view. No problem! The architect, Bob Belanger, had a design that was perfect in keeping with the original look. A crow’s nest was added during construction to maximize the oceans view. All the millwork and built-ins were custom made by us on this one.
