This quaint little pacific beach cottage was bringing the owners a pretty penny as a weekly beach rental. A client of ours for many years they told us they wanted to attract a higher class of rental client and get top dollar for their seaside getaway. We met with the owners and gave them some great ideas which were inexpensive and appealing. A complete kitchen and bath remodel was part of the plan along with small addition and a face lift of the exterior elevation. The results were effective and looked fabulous. Our client tells us the new work has commanded top rent from visiting tourist.
